• Practicing legal advocacy, and Gender Equality Consultancy and Notary public service in different fields and issues as an Advocate through my Saipal megal Service since 20 years in the Supreme, Appeal and District Courts in Kathmandu.
• Worked as an Editor and Publisher of the monthly magazine BALTRINA since 18 years.

• Worked as a Women Entrepreneurs Development Officer in Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries  from  August 2000 to December August 2001.

4     Provided Training to officials of local  bodies, teacher's student's and common people on   the issue of "Trafficking of girls. in Sindhupalchok, Nuwkot, Dhaking and Kavre  Districts Organized by (ILRR)

5     Participated in many programs Organized by Nepal Bar Association and Apple Court Bar Association  in different Districts of Nepal.

• Worked as a Reporter and News Reader in the popular Radio program "GHATANA RA BICHAR" in Radio Nepal in 2054.B.S.
• Worked as researcher on girls Trafficking for Women Rehabilitation Center in Udayapur  Nuwakot District in 2002.
• Provided the training service  to the Women Entrepreneurs in more than 15 districts since 2057-58

• Participated in the law professional skill training program organized by institute of legal Research and Resources (ILRR) from 15^th July to 14^th August, 1996.
• Participated in the Training to Training Course on your Business and Law Jointly Organized by Swiss contact in December 3-7,2000.
• Participated in the Training for Change Advocates for advocacy on equal property rights organized by Forum for Women, Law and Development, Held on August 27-28,2001.
• Participated in Training on CEDAW convention and its Optional protocol organized by Forum for Law and Development since 23-27 th February 2006.

• Awarded by Institute Environmental Management (IEM) for the Successful completion of Trainers of Training Course  in Environmental Management System since 24^th -30 th, August, 2000.
• Medal awarded by national (Trimurti Niketan, Bhanu Jayant) and international Nepali Literary Society, USA New York,  and DC Chapter, London, Belgium  France and Netherlands Chapter for the contribution of Nepali Literature.
• Published BALTRINA  Monthly Magazine more than 180 issues
• Published a book JELVITRA KI SANI based on child story
• Published more than 100 articles focusing on gender, legal and political issues in the national daily and weekly newspaper
